CA Brajesh Bannatwala, M.Com, FCA

Brajesh, a qualified Chartered Accountant, possesses nine years of diverse work experience and a comprehensive understanding of audit practices. He embarked on his professional journey in 2006, starting with the prestigious firm Kalyaniwala Mistry based in Mumbai, which specialized in audit and taxation services.

Building on his experience, Brajesh then transitioned to BSR & Co, an esteemed affiliate of KPMG and one of the renowned Big 4 consulting firms. Based in Pune, he joined their Audit and Assurance practice, where he played a vital role in planning, executing, and concluding audit and tax audit assignments for multinational clients, listed entities, and large unlisted business groups.

After a successful five-year tenure with BSR & Co, Brajesh took the entrepreneurial path and co-founded B T N & Company, a partnership firm, to engage in professional practice. With his expertise and dedication, he aims to provide exceptional services to clients while upholding the highest standards in the field of audit.

CA Trilok N Thadani, B.Com, FCA

Trilok, a qualified Chartered Accountant, brings with him over a decade of extensive work experience spanning across various domains. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of statutory audit. Trilok commenced his professional career in 2006 at a Pune-based firm where he actively participated in planning and executing internal audit assignments. As he progressed, Trilok expanded his skill set to include handling transaction advisory services, as well as executing valuation and due diligence assignments.

Trilok's journey led him to join BSR & Co, an esteemed affiliate of KPMG and one of the prominent members of the Big 4 accounting firms. As part of their Audit & Assurance team, Trilok successfully executed statutory audit assignments for large listed and unlisted corporate groups. He took sole responsibility for planning, executing, and concluding both audit and tax audit assignments. Trilok worked with clients from diverse industries, including manufacturing, ITES, and other service sectors.

After completing a fulfilling five-year tenure with KPMG, Trilok ventured into establishing his own audit firm, and co-founded B T N & Company, focusing on delivering comprehensive accounting, audit, and taxation services. In this new chapter of his professional journey, Trilok is dedicated to providing exceptional expertise and service to his clients.
